Jason Donorovich

I’m a former Division I volleyball player and team captain at Penn State, and I’ve carried that same discipline, communication style, and team‑first mindset into my work in healthcare staffing. My connection to medicine started long before recruiting. I grew up with a mom who spent 38 years as a NICU nurse, so I saw firsthand the dedication, exhaustion, and heart that go into caring for patients. Later on, I took allied health classes myself, which gave me even more respect for the clinical world and the people who keep it running. Today, I partner with physicians across all specialties who want flexibility, fair pay, and opportunities that fit their lives. What I enjoy most is building real relationships — understanding your goals, respecting your time, and making the locums process feel simple instead of stressful. Outside of work, I’m a dad to an 11‑month‑old, which has only deepened my appreciation for the people who care for families every day. It’s also taught me a lot about patience, balance, and the importance of working with people you trust.
